A toast

What better way to toast our new cake adventures than with champagne
cupcakes??


We began our bake-a-pades (yes we will be using our new word often
here in our great cake bake) in our mom's kitchen..why? because it's
a brand new shiney kitchen asking for an adventure!! don't you agree?


So in between answering spelling homework questions from a 9 year old on
his own mission, and a 2 1/2 year old crawling around pretending to be the
hungry caterpillar we attempted these champagne cupcakes... Not to shabby.
They were very yummy, The frosting didn't come out the consistency we were hoping for but it tasted good so it worked.. What do you think?

    Hopefully, Monday afternoon the plumber will show up as promised and put the dishwasher in the correct position then I can schedule the cabinetmaker to come back so he can finish the baseboard and fix the spice cabinet. Then the kitchen will definitely be ready for cupcake adventures!! Have fun and enjoy!
