Happy St. Patty's Day

So i have been wanting to bake a red velvet cake for a while now but i knew i had to make something special for St. Patty's day. So I thought why not make a green velvet cake?? After all it's only red velvet because of the red food coloring right? So who says it can't be green?
No one that's who so here it is The green velvet cake!
All i did was use green food coloring instead of red! Doesn't look as delicious as a red velvet cake but it was! So I had my cake & I ate it too!!!
